Rodney Bay is in the North-West of Saint Lucia, a beautiful island of the carribean, a must-see for anyone who arrives from across the Atlantic crossing. Right in front of the village of Gros Islet, in the middle of a hundred anchored boats, an old man is painting with spray straw hats.
