Gastronomy


All the captains with their sailing boats and catamarans, chosen by us, guarantee an excellent maid service and gastronomy. Fruit and vegetable supplies are once a week, whereas the “pescado del dia” is daily sold by Kunas on their canoes. There’s a wide range of different choices among lobsters ( forbidden from march to may), octopuses, spider crabs, tuna, crabs, groupers, and pargos. Classical treats are: Spaghetti with curry, lobsters with ron, lobsters paella, gallega octopus, carpaccio and ceviche with maracuja sauce, mixed grills.
